Step-by-Step Form Filling Instructions
ধাপে ধাপে ফর্ম পূরণ করার গাইডলাইন
Step 1: Visit Social Registry Portal & Select Login (সোশ্যাল রেজিস্ট্রি পোর্টাল লগইন)
Open the official West Bengal Social Registry portal at socialregistry.wb.gov.in. Under the homepage, locate and click on Citizen/Family Login.
Step 2: Verify Mobile Number & OTP (মোবাইল নম্বর ওটিপি ভেরিফিকেশন)
Select your home district from the dropdown. Enter your active 10-digit mobile number (linked to your Aadhaar). Enter the captcha and click Request OTP.
Step 3: Head of Family (HOF) Details (পরিবারের প্রধানের তথ্য)
In the Basic Info page, enter the HOF Full Name (matching Aadhaar), DOB, gender, social category (SC/ST/OBC/EWS/General), Aadhaar number, residential address, Voter ID (EPIC), and Part/Booth number.
Step 4: Add Family Members (Up to 10 members) (পরিবারের সদস্যদের যুক্ত করুন)
The online portal allows registering up to 10 family members sharing the same kitchen. Enter each member's Name, DOB, Gender, Relation with HOF, and Aadhaar number.
Step 5: Ration Card & Single Bank Account (রেশন ও ব্যাঙ্ক অ্যাকাউন্ট)
Enter digital ration card details. Provide the HOF's single individual bank account number and IFSC code (enabled for Aadhaar DBT).
Step 6: Assets, Income, Review & Submit (সম্পত্তি, আয় ও ফাইনাল সাবমিট)
Complete the property declaration, family income, employment types, review all entries carefully, accept the declaration consent, and click Submit. Print the generated receipt.
